At NxtGenTheory, it is time to step back from the glow of devices and reconnect – with children, families, and the joy of creating something together. Today, Australian kids aged 2 to 5 spend over 2.5 hours a day in front of a screen – double the recommended limit. As screen time rises, creativity and connections fall. This is the reason NxtGenTheory exists.
Founded by two Gold Coast sisters – one an experienced early childhood educator – NxtGenTheory was born from a shared passion for protecting and celebrating children’s creativity. Research shows how drawing, playing, and active learning are being replaced by digital distractions. The mission is simple: to help families reclaim the quiet, creative moments that matter most. When you create alongside a child, something powerful happens. You are not just making art – you are making memories, building confidence, reducing anxiety, and forming connections that last well after the activity. To celebrate those moments, NxtGenTheory created three personalised packs – Our Everyday Pack, A Birthday Pack, and A Festive Pack.
Each Pack transforms a child’s artwork into personalised cards, colourful stickers, and custom wrapping paper that becomes part of a family’s story.

Message from our founders
As proud sisters and co-founders of NxtGenTheory, we are deeply honoured to share the heartfelt mission behind our business—a belief rooted in our love for childhood, creativity, and connection.
With over seven years of experience in early childhood education, we have witnessed firsthand a powerful shift in how children play, imagine, and create.
In a world facing a screen-time epidemic. We have watched creativity dim and the magic of childhood moments quietly slip away. But we believe it doesn’t have to be this way.
When we look back at some of our fondest memories we share as sisters it truly brings us so much warmth and joy. The simplest of things included doing dad’s hair and makeup followed by giggles that echoed through the house, playing hopscotch on the street until the sun went down. We would take over the living room building forts and creating our own little world. These moments didn’t just fill our days—they shaped who we are.
NxtGenTheory was born from our desire to bring back the wonder of real, hands-on childhood experiences— bringing back the times where just like my sister and I, would disappear into magical imaginary worlds for hours on end.
Through NxtGenTheory, we hope to inspire families to slow down, pick up a pencil, and reconnect with the simple joys of being a kid. Creating those ever lasting memories that stays with your child long after the experience is done.
